Agamemnon in the house!

You find strange stuff on the internet.

A letter to Priam:
"In regard to our scouting of the Greek encampment, I have discovered several bizarre things. The Spartans are now attired in a strange fabric, called "Gore-Tex"... and they wear large gold chains around their necks, and many rings on their fingers. And their chariots have been, um, lowered, and the wheels made this shiny silver color. They refer to them as their "hoopties". And the rest of their language is indeed as, if not more strange; most insist on referring to Troy as "the hood"; recently, at a large banquet which was attended by their leaders they began a chant of "Agamemnon in the house!" Moreover, some of our troops seem to be affected; in the latest battle, our own legions were chanting "Go Hector, you do it, go Hector...". Nor will they cease their painting of slogans on fair Troy's walls - when I complained to Odysseus, he told me to stop "dissing" him! And they seem to have determined that this whole war needs to be recorded for posterity; they have just acquired a poet to create a record of it. I believe they call him "Home R", and the poem he is creating the "Illin' Ead"...
