Age Categories for Wyverns

First Post
Gents and Ladies,

I have need of the collective knowledge of the Inter Nets. Has anyone ever done age categories for wyverns? I'm looking at taking a wyvern wyrmling as a cohort, and I need to know if there's anything existant before I go making something up. (Or at the very least, I want to see if you ideas are better than mine!)

Thanks, all!

I'm not aware of any.

At 7HD, it is about comparable to a very young black dragon. You could probably use the wyrmling black dragon's stats as a baseline. Be sure to recalculate the poison save DC, and I'd recommend reducing it to 1d2 Con damage.

i think a lot of different monsters could benefit from having age categories (see mummies and vampires in the 2E Ravenloft setting, for one), but i have neither the time nor inclination to put them together. :)

much luck to those who wish to do so, though!
