I’m currently running Age if Worms (Just started) and converting it to 5E I have used the conversion document on this site as guide with a lot of my own changes. I feel this is one of the coolest APs ever written I played though it many years ago.
My question is for anyone who has ran it: What did you change? What would you of liked to change? Or advice you have.
Here is what I have planned so far
I did an encounter at the mine office with Kobold spies of Ilthane (PCs found a foreshadowing note I made)
There is a Kyuss worshiper in Diamond Lake pulling all the strings (The elven mine manager) He is telling Faceless one what to do and quite a few other things. He will show up again between books 4 and 5
Added a lot of detail to Thedricks journal and gave him a coded letter from Raknian.
Changed how Smenks right hand man got killed and how he got a hold of the slow worm.
That is all I can think of right off the top of my head but I have more things planned as well
