It seems to me that it shouldn't work that way. Unnatural aging wears at your body so it makes sense to lose points in the physical abilities. But there's no reason to increase your Wisdom or other mental stats - that should happen because of years of life experience.

By 2nd Edition rules, unnatural aging does not affect mental ability scores. Such effects would have no... effects against someone immune to physical aging.

Your best bet is to find a nice time-accelerated demiplane.
