Looking for a system or rules for Airships?

Other than Spelljammer.

The only Goodman Games I've found are the publishers of Dinosaur Planet (Broncosaurus Rex d20): http://www.broncosaurusrex.com/goodmangames.php

But there I haven't found anything about airships

I played around with a simliar idea once. The Roman Empire in the clouds, with winged romans. Can you imagine a legion of roman spearmen dropping their spears on the barbarians below.
