One of them however seems venturesome enough to approach you. <span style="color: DimGray">"Excuse me sirs and lady, I am known as Grimlow, and I wish to speak for me and my fellows. Might I inquire as to your intentions regarding us? Surely we pose no threat to you. We are unarmed civilians merely doing our jobs. I urge you to have mercy upon us and allow us to escape from this bloodbath with our lives."</span>[gm]If you examine it, the foyer at the front of the building has some decorative tables holding vases with flowers as well as some tapestries depicting proud soldiers of the Berandal Republic. You may roll History checks to identify the figures depicted in the tapestries.[sblock=History DC 12]<span style="color: White">You recognize these figures as four knights who are members of an organization known as the League of Ventures. This knightly order is known throughout the land as defenders of the liberties of Berandal and protectors of the innocent. Their placement inside this business of questionable practices seems strange.</span>[/sblock]There are also four doors leading out from the foyer into other rooms (as depicted on the map). Their contents are currently unknown, but no creatures issue forth from them.[/gm]</p></blockquote><p></p>
