Have some Time Lords drill through your Universe in Tengen Toppa armour and then have a Quagmire Reality pour through the hole and as the two universes bleed into each other you have to fight your good-aligned doppel-lich who casts ioun hurricane on a cosmic scale while riding one of the Nine Hells that's been shaped like a macrobial giga-elephant.</blockquote>
