Alexander the Great is so far in the distant past that its not realy bio, but more legend. Besides, I've always felt like that was a story that needed to be made into a movie. I've had an interest in Alexander the Great ever since that awesome Iron Maiden Song back in the mid-80's.

Especially since Alexander regarded himself as semi-divine and a number of myths and legends sprung up about him. It would have been interesting if someone focused on those, but I can't see the story of Alexander flying to the moon in a craft drawn by eagles working in this movie :)

Well, I'd imagine you'd develop an ego as well if your mother repeatedly told you while you were growing up that you that you were the son of Zeus. :D
