For myself, I'm going to pay to see this with an exceptional low outlook. This way, I won't be too dissappointed if it blows corn nuts and very relieved if it's decent.

I figure AVP will end up around the same realm as "Resident Evil". That's what I'm expecting. And to be clear....not based on the trailer. Just what info has been released about the film.

Granted, I didn't play any of the Resident Evil video games, but I didn't think Resident Evil was too bad. ESPECIALLY knowing it was based on a video game.

Resident Evil, the movie, was an EXCELLENT movie. Way way way better than I expected. And the trailer for the sequel - that has got to be the best trailer teaser I've ever seen...
