Go back, use the word "evil" and "not-evil" instead, and see if the answers are different. I'm guessing, in at least half the cases, the verdict changes.

Well, I'm being a bit careful... so far, IMHO, none of the actions described would be Evil, but some would be non-Good.

Evil means profit (or reduction in self-risk) due to increase in other-risk. In no case so far is self-risk reduced, nor does the actor profit.
