Hmmm, I've been wanting to get the books of distincitons and drawbacks for a while. I was going to settle for the free (3.0) version. Guess not now.

At such low prices, I may have to give Deeds, Not Words and Laying the Smack Down a try. I am pretty happy with Mutants & Masterminds, but it never hurts to expand.

However, I noticed that there is another Cryptosnark PDF called Bold Costumes, Black Hearts, a villain sourcebook that's positively reviewed here on EN World. Yet when I went to RPG Now, I can't find any mention of it.

Anyone know what the story is with this one? Is it in revision and going to be re-released?

Yes indeed-- finishing revision as we speak, going to be re-released early next week!

I just tried to by the BoD&D Revised at RPGNow (should be Friday Morning Central Time) and the discount wasn't applied at checkout (though it was shown on the product description).

Hmmm. That doesn't make any sense, since the vendor control that sets the special sale price is the same one that makes it appear changed in the product description. I'll go poke around with it and see what I can do!

Well, I don't know why I'm having the problem, but I still am. The discount is visiable on the product page, but when I reach teh checkout phase, the full price is shown, with no mention of a discount.
