Here's the thing, kid. WotC has become a company now basically run by the legal dept. It is like the old TSR days where anyone could be sued for say posting their character or an adventure they wrote on a website or something.....

Comparing TSR (who would sue if you dared to use the term Dungeon Master in your homebrew on USENET) and WotC (who is focusing on complete reproduction of large sections of published books) is so spurious as to be intellectually dishonest.

Ditto, comparing them to the RIAA/MPAA. Nobody's been sued as of yet, and grannies aren't being offered $5000 "settlements" or else risk facing million-dollar lawsuits.

Get a sense of perspective here. It's possible to dislike the tack WotC is taking, but making ridiculous arguments doesn't help anyone.

I am thinking there must be something pretty spectacular for everyone to get so worked up about it.

I don't have any lists, the best I can come up with would be downloading the Character Builder Beta and looking at the feats there. It should only be Heroic Tier feats, but that's already a lot.

Really there isn't much that is going to improve a standard build. A lot of it enables some otherwise suboptimal builds to be better (such as an Eladrin spear and shield fighter). Off the top of my head, from the Gladiator article, you might like Fluttering Leaf Style or maybe Exotic Weapon Style (depending on how Daggermaster is ruled to interact with exotic dagger-type weapons like the kukri and parrying dagger, RAW it doesn't and I don't know of any CS rulings to the contrary).

In the future, you could make a post: "The Best [Insert Race Class and Build Here] Ever!" on ENworld, GiantITP, the WotC CharOp forums and RPGnet listing how you have the character planned. Then disagree with any suggestons and/or criticisms anybody makes.

Within a couple hours, you'll have the name, description and most of the full text of every relevant (and a fair number of irrelevant) feats and powers. And nobody will bring up intellectual property...

If you genuinely weren't asking for links to pirated materials, then I apologize for being suspicious. I've seen a lot of requests for pirated material, and it offends me, because I view it as stealing potential revenues away from a company which publishes a product which I love. (And loss of revenue can lead to cessation of production, which would really suck.) Your OP was ambiguous to me, and I decided not to give you the benefit of the doubt. If you were simply asking an honest question about what feats you should choose, then I apologize.
