Another vote for Dragons of Despair. Sovereign Stone have just got Larry Elmore (I think) to redo that image for the 3.x collection of the first three DL adventures. It looks really lame!

I'm going to have to agree with Nefrast and Klaus about Temple of Elemental Evil being the top pick. The (orange) cover of X1 Isle of Dread has more nostalgia for me, but it's not as good of a cover by any stretch.

Looking through the old covers to re-familiarize myself with them, I found this.

Check out the jello mold, with eyeballs floating in it. Yum!

Hey Captain, that is a great cover (twilight calling). I've never seen it (apparently I missed alot of old Basic modules ). Levels 30-35...anyone ever attempt to play this sucker?
