Alternate Ideas for Integrating Four Colors to Fantasy in a campaign?

Hi everyone, I'm considering adding the hero class from Four Colors to Fantasy to my PBP game, and perhaps future games. Right now I'm thinking that to get levels in the Hero class you would have to be of a new, +ECL race, a godling or similar.

FCtF would be used in my campaign to mostly simulate the powers of a child of a god and I was thinking something along the lines for the race as:

Race: Native Outsider
Size: Medium
+2 Charisma, +2 to one stat of choice, -2 to another, different stat
+Deflection bonus to AC = to Charisma modifier
A few misc. skill bonuses and perhaps a bonus feat.
Favored Class: Hero (renamed something else more appropriate) -and only they can pick up levels of Hero

+2 or 3 ECL (?)

Any suggestions for expanding upon the idea or any clue on how much ECL a race like that would be? Thanks ahead of time.

I'm new to 4CTF, but I'm planning on using it in my campaigns.

I'm divided on the Hero class-- I'm either going to take away their Hit Dice, Save progression, and BAB to make them essentially a level adjustment instead of a "normal" class, or I'm going to give them 2 + Int Mod. skills per level and a moderate class skill list. The "half class" approach irks me for some reason-- it leads to lopsided characters. If a character can single class Hero, they need skills, and if they can't, it works better as an essentially non-class level.

The Specialist is cool, but I think I'm cutting their skills per level to 8 + Int Mod, like the Rogue. Giving any class more skills than that doesn't seem right, especially with 18+ Int Humans.

As for allowing only one race to take the Hero class, I think that is a pretty significant advantage right there, and should count for a bit more in ECL. I'd reccomend just opening Hero up to all characters, as long as they can explain their powers coherently and you maintain a veto power over them.

I don't understand the -2 penalty for stat of choice-- why would a godling be impaired in a stat? And unless your gaming group is highly abnormal, that stat will almost always by CHA, which is really inappropriate for the offspring of gods.
