When I did the spreadsheet and looked at the numbers I think -2 for large and -4 for huge is probably appropriate.
I might drop the extra +1 for Small and +2 for Tiny but it may work either way.
Attached the Excel .XLSX spreadsheet and a PDF of a sample selection (at 5th).
The first set is just with the House Rule on HD = Ranger Level.
The double scaling (size and CR) with a 1/4 level boost is the second part.
For the damage I would incorporate the alternate damage expressions to make them more interesting, but for the spreadsheet the main concern was the average damage.
