D&D 3E/3.5 Alternative Astrological Signs

Has anyone mapped the galaxy the existing D&D worlds are part of to make constellations?

Spelljammer canon was that there is no galaxy as such. All of the worlds are inside of crystal spheres which themselves float in a sea of phlogistion.

The stars are just on the inside of the crystal spheres. (Or perhaps they're portals to the outside - I can't precisely remember).

There needs to be a map for routes from one crystal sphere to another and constellations formed of crystal spheres.
