The Princess sees the adorable cat boy. Her eyes go wide and she lets out squeal that might be interpreted as "KITTY!". Shocking herself with the volume of her shout, her face turns red a moment later and ignoring all eyes on her she tries to feign interest in the nearest wall on the opposite side of the room, kicking her shoes as she (kind of) whistles tunelessly.

Felix leaned back, suddenly snapped back into reality; It was like that time he visited Kimberly's school all over again... He cringed as his tail flared out wider.

The fairy lady stopped the assault before it began and Felix dropped his phone, his ears pressed against his head as he held his breath.
How he just behaved went through his mind and his ears flushed, lucky, that was well hidden, for the moment...

The Shadow disappears for about an hour, tracking down some of the known Medved Koroli, to ask them some 'questions'. He finds out that indeed Mammoth is in town, or at least he was within the last month. He was looking to hire any high-tech mercenaries and the Brotherhood connected him with a couple of prospects. No one really know what job they were being hired for but the three that were pointed out have all disappeared and not been heard from since.

One of the people the Shadow questions said that he saw Mammoth in the presence of a very attractive blond woman who, while not wearing any kind of costume, the fellow got the feeling that she was a meta working with the supervillain. He thought he heard Mammoth refer to her as Esper, but he was not 100%.

Shadow will share this with the others when he eventually gets back to the Tower.

GM: Any more planning that you want to do? If not I will be moving forward to the next day. And with that where do people want to be 'stationed'? There is the Central Plaza and the Park in the 'middle' of the area and there a number of skyscrapers along the way including Centropolis tower on one end.

On hearing of those people, Kitsune has an odd idea.

A super named Esper seems to dovetail rather neatly with some of the phenomena in that storm... She starts hunting for any references to super-power boosting drugs or equipment that might have been stolen recently, or anything that might explain that kind of huge event. Also, she hunts for news stories about the storm itself, trying to track down if those weird psychic effects were happening -everywhere- under the storm, or just in Centropolis.

...in running to Shadow a few minutes later and saying, "Hey, help me find out more about this Esper. What if she's behind some of that weird psychic stuff happening during the storm?!"

Felix while occupied with his new suit, will take a bit to do an archive search with cross references...

Felix does some searching and stumbles upon a number of rumors of a super-villainous by the name of Esper who has been operating in Europe (especially in Eastern Europe the last few years). She is suppose to be from somewhere in the southwest of the USA but has been in Europe for at least 10 years. There are rumors that she has been operating as a subtle villain for at least 20 years but she still appears to be in her twenties. News reports suggest that Esper is a fairly powerful mind control or mind influence-like psychic.

Felix also found another villain whom Esper usually operates with by the code name of Snakeroot. Reports suggest he is a low-level brick with plant some type of plant control (and his body appears to be made out of some incredibility strong plant like substance)
