Not necessarily. IME with Amazon, they claim to hold combined orders with SS free shipping until all items are available, but they always seem to end up shipping the items individually anyway. I just received my Eberron DM's screen that I'd ordered to fill out that $25 minimum, and the M&M product that was the poin of the order hasn't been released yet ...

Yup, CDN$23.91 at Amazon.ca. Nice. One of my players complained about having to buy a new PHB, so I'm getting everyone a PHB for their birthdays (I doubt I'll actually play 4E until late '08/early '09). This is a good way to do it.
