Oh and I think the projected sales numbers posted recently are “potential” top end numbers. The real number is probably a lot lower.

Still crazy good but not quite so high. I dint think.

Surely by now there should be enough information to know at least in ballpark, what Amazon ranking translates as sales?
On the contrary, because it's an unclear range, the linger it goes on the bigger a range it’s overall Amazon sales could be.

They do seem to be good, at least.

I do not mean to take away the phenomenal success here. Just want to try to be accurate as feasible.
Yeah, there are still huge numbers of unknown variables: the books have always been selling st FLGs, B&N, BAM, Target, and other venues the whole time, too, so all we can really say is that theybhave sold a lot of core books, consistently over an extended period of time.

Heck, they had surpasses 3E, 3.5, and 4E in 2016, and kept it going for another 7 years.

To a degree but I dint think it can be nailed down to much more than a bounding with some degree of error.
I can’t give the formula beyond it can vary by the day. If sales are low for the day across Amazon the number will be lower even if the sales level is roughly the same. Sometimes quite significantly. Early in the week is a lot busier than mid week into Saturday.
