Sure, people say they sell stuff that’s cursed and that they are attached to the Large Crime Syndicate out of the Capital, but everyone knows that LCS is a myth and the [Monarch or other Governing Body] doesn’t allow organized crime and that nobody sells cursed stuff anymore, right?
Also: a fixer. Sort of an adventure broker. They find the jobs, you get stabbed, they take a cut. Not as good a margin as finding your own work, but safer. Sort of.
