AMF and permanent spells

Lets assume a wizard has cast antimagic field on himself.
Lets say there is a human turned to stone by a flesh to stone spell a stonewall and a human polymorphed into a mouse by the polymorph other.
Now the wizard with the AMF encloses one of those with his AMF, the magic would be surpressed, he should be able to pass through the wall of stone, the humans would turn back in their normal formal as long as they are within the AMF.
I assume this because permanent spells can be dispelled anytime after they have been cast.
Furthermore an AMF protects against a dragons breathweapon, lets say against all [SU] and [SP] abilities which have not the power to break the AMF. And this would cuase a creature to loose even its DR totally if completely enclosed by the field or partially where it is only partly caught in the field.
Is my interpretation wrong or am i right.

Yes, except for the Flesh to Stone, that spell has an instanteous duration and is therefore not affected by AMF.
