Currently, the artists that Ancient Awakenings Publications normally work with are busy on other projects. While we are more than happy for them, this means that we currently have no artists of our own.
We need a realistic/comic/semi-anime style artist for a species sourcebook. Other artists may also apply, and will be considered upon thier own merit.
Due to the nature of payment, the artist will be given full disclosure of the product and any business related information before they need make a decision.

The following are our normal terms offered:
The Illustrator will be paid a down payment on art of between 10% to 50% of the full buying price of the product. Payments will be made by Publisher.
Supplemental payments shall be gathered from any and all products that make use of the artwork. All Illustrators will get an even share of 50% of all profit from each unit sale as supplemental payment. He will continue to gain this percentage until he reaches the total price of the work, equaling an agreed upon total amount. This amount is minus the down payment already given.
The Illustrator will get a free copy of any PDF using his artwork before publication. If a print version becomes available later, then one will be sent to the artist as well.
The Publisher only wishes to purchase the right to use the artwork in their works, both present and future. The Illustrator keeps all rights and copyrights to his own artwork, and may allow another publisher to use it if he so wishes. The Publisher may not sell the right to use said artwork to other individuals or companies.
The Publisher only needs a high-resolution digital copy (300-600 DPI) of the art, and the Illustrator may keep his own originals.
