I dug it. Good episode I have to say on a few angles. Connor finally gets to see Angelus which should have a profound effect on him in the future. The Gunn/Wes/Fred triangle is working as well. Honestly, if I find out before I see this ep who dies I will be very upset. I hate even hints about it. Keep thy future spoilers to thyself.
As for Angelus, I dig Boreanez job on him just as much as I like his Angel. Regular Angel is not boring to me. Angelus is of course more entertaining because evil is always interesting. His conversations with both Wes and Cordy are the powerful in the show as both Angel and Angelus. They have known each other the longest and have a bond that makes the show, the Big 3 as it were.
On a side note, I'm watching the Season One Buffy DVD's right now and looking at Angel now and Angel then is really interesting to see. With all that has happened in the time since we were introduced to the character, its interesting to see how Buffy influenced him. His mannerisms even now, mirror hers. Very lifelike. Anyone with a wife/sig other/longtime friend knows what I mean.
We digress....
