Angel/Buffy questions

Also, Angel has a seriously different feel than Buffy, in terms of power. Even the humans (Wes and Gunn, especially) on Angel kick a fair amount of demon butt. That just doesn't happen in Buffy.

Heh! Buffy is really a show about teen angst, not Vampire-slaying... Pretty much everyone's an adult, in Angel. It can make quite a difference. See the "Grampa" Jones character in the Story Hour, below, for instance, and compare the fight on the docks to the one at the HS...

Thanks for all who have replied to this, I'm sorry for being so quite in a thread I've started but to be honest you've all done such a good job that I didn't need to.

Anyhow after looking at Amazon I picked up their Buffy set season 1-4 for (119 US dollars) and angel season 1.

You mean you're paying $119 for the first four seasons of Buffy? WOW!!! Thats a damn good deal. If you're interested, I can point you to a couple great Buffy and Angel sites
