Hypermsurf posted a really nice link to a remix of the Angel Theme.

Is it just me, or is this really sweet gaming music for a dark gothic game with a bit of combat mixed in?

Or have I seen the Angel opening intro one time too many?

That is pretty cool. I don't know about the A-Theme from gaming music though. The music is cool, but I think it works best with the opening visuals, especially Billy and the blonde woman. . .adds an extra bit of sadness. Still, I might give it a go.

Perhaps because Angel is a dark, gothic show with a bit of combat mixed in.

Speaking of the Angel theme, do any of you know where I could find similar tracks? I love the rock mixed with classical strings and the nifty voicework, but Angel's the only place I've heard anything like it.

When Angel first aired I hated the theme music. Not sure why, but it just didn't click with me. However nowadays I LOVE the music. Just a totally random observation.

One of the closest things that I found for stuff like that is from Apocalyptica. Their covers of Metallica songs are really cool.

Apocalyptica's an interesting novelty, but they just don't grab me.
