I don't have any sites offhand, but check the following:

Dante's Divine Comedy
Milton's Paradise Lost
Muslim Angelolgy

These all have elaborate systems of angeling, and you can find a lot of links to other systems in them (for instance, I believe the system used by Dante was based on the Neo-Dionysus idea).
