Angels, Seraphim, Aasimars

does anyone have any links to good image archives (preferably realistic) for angels, seraphim and Aasimars or images that could do in a pinch?

For my own reference and for writing Anger of Angels, I went to the bookstore and picked up an art book of angels (I think it was called Angels in Artwork) ... plenty of great references, especially in the Resaissance period.

Edit: No, I don't have any links handy, but just doing a Google search for "angels art" ought to net you quite a few good sites.

mini hand book had a nubian Archangel. Quite potent looking.

I really dislike soft halmark style angels so post any angels you find that look like they can really kick ass

I want a pic of an armored, winged angel bearing a flaming sword and battling a demon! And then I'd put it on a Hallmark card.



Well, maybe not, but I'd put it on a poster for my wall.
