Simple question.

When an Annis Hag is in a Grapple, does she get one or two Rakes (in addition to her regular attacks)?

Why would she get two? IIRC she's got one rake attack, and that's that.
Or is there more to it?

I believe the Annis Hag would gain to rake attacks. Here is why. Under Rake in the MM Glossary it states "...a monster with the rake ability usually gains two additional claw attacks that it can use only against a grappled foe." and in the Annis Hag's Rake ability it states "Attack bonus +13 melee, damage 1d6+7.". This is in the standard form of the Rake ability as found in other monsters with the ability such as the Dire Tirger which we know has two rake attacks from it's Pounce ability. So I believe that unless a creature with Rake is stated to have a number of rake attacks other than two it would have two rake attcks as per the Rake ability description in the MM Glossary.

I'm refering to the 2nd sentence under the Hag's Rake ability, which says, that she can use two claws in a grapple at no penalty.

On another board, someone mentioned, that this probably just means exactly that, that her normal claw attacks don't suffer the usual -4 penalty to attack in a grapple, and that she really only gets a single Rake attack.

Makes sense this way, I think.
