I just saw that this title is set to release later in 2003. Sounds "interesting" on so many levels because...

a. It's got Skip Williams name on it

and

b. It's being published by Fast Forward

Hmm. Interesting idea, but for the sake of their sales, I hope it's the 3.5 PHB that he's critiquing. I can't imagine people would want to pay $x for the 3.0 SRD, unless they were sticking with 3.0 in their games. Perhaps they're targeting non-switchers who want a fresh copy of the PHB, but not the clarifications and changes of 3.5?
