Another Anointed Knight Question

Hi!

A player of mine is considering taking the PrC Anointed Knight from the BoED page 49.

The Anoint Self and Anoint Weapon features give options to enhance oneself respectively the weapon. Both features calculate level and Charisma bonus to see which ability/effect the character/weapon can obtain.

My question is: Is the wording correct? Is is level (= character level of all classes the character possesses) or class level (= class levels only from the anointed knight PrC)?

It's Anointed Knight class levels + Cha modifier. Otherwise, you could take the best anoint option at first level of anoin. knight (6 levels min., +5 cha = 11).
