A little intriged by the thought of the possibilities of Druidic mind wards Xavim nevertheless continues to grin. Ah little wolf. If only you understood the truth of your situation. He may not be a 'demon prince of Vampires' but Xavim knew his abilities well. His will was insurmountable, and his mental prowess second to none. At least as far as he had thusly encountered. Grinning to himself he knew the greatest surprise would be when, not if, the wolf attacked him and discovered that he was no mere tiefling, but a full blown Abyssal fiend. A deviant strain of the Tanar'ri race closely related to the mighty Cerebelith and thusly all but immune to conventional and magical weaponry, be they sword or fang. Yes, Xavim thought, that would be a scene to remember. Also Druidic fire would not burn him, indeed, the chill of a mortal realm annoyed him so accostom was he to flame, thus the cloaks, and the lightings called forth by the magic wouldn't give him pause. ((Xavim being closely related to the Cerebelith and a fiend in his own right possesses immunity to Electricity, Fire and poison, and possesses acid resistence 20. He however, suffers chill easily and is especially vulnerable to cold(ie x2 damage). DR 15/Cold Iron and SR/PR 23. He also inherited the Cerebeliths half damage trait, which results in him taking 1/2 damage from non magical attack if it results in less damage suffered than his DR.)) Yes, Xavim pondered, I'm quite well equipped to handle this beast. Of course, Xavim didn't like the thought of attempting to tackle an entire pack of them, invulnerability or no. He'd seen those teeth in action and eventually they would be able to tear through, if he allowed such a scenario to happen. Or worse yet, the possibility remained that the Druid might possess banishing magic, and until he discovered what had caused his own plane shifting to go ary, he did NOT want to risk any travel. Mayhap, he thought, I would be able to turn the pack against their little keeper here. My o my that would be interesting now wouldn't it...
