During that time, he asks  the mortif in mind speak: Do you trust Xavim? He doesn't seem to be just a Tiefling, because he doesn't give off any emotions I can detect. Even you I get at least indifference, but as a mortif, you should be unreadble, but a Tiefling, a being of chaos and evil, should be easy to read. I could take him, I'm sure, but I would like to avoid conflict for the moment. Also, I was curious, how much do you know about Veran? Would you like to learn about my strain of Lycanthorpy?
