I don't know what it's called. I don't know who played in it. In fact, I don't quite remember what it was about. But I remember this.

There was a scene where American Delta Forces went into one of Canada's major cities for a reason I don't remember. At one point one of their members trips and sprains an ankle. He's laying on his back as another member walks towards him with his sidearm drawn. The guy on the floor says something akin to: "No it's ok guys, it's just a sprained ankle. I'm still good to go." Then he gets shot by his teammate and they all move on, all the while saying: "...hut, hut, hut."

As the Delta forces move into the city during the day they push aside/knock down everyone that is in their way. As they do so, every Canadian knocked down says things like (non-cynically): "Oh, I'm sorry, was I in your way?" "Pardon me, sir, I didn't see you."

Anyone know what I'm talking about?
