Another sale -- this time for Denizens of Avadnu

I already started one thread where I talked about how cool this book is. Now I see that it's on sale for $25 until December 31.

That's 1 224-page hard cover, full-color, for $25. Not a bad deal at all. While part of me is sad that I ordered before the sale, the other part of me is happy that I don't have to wait for it to reach me -- I've already got it!

There's probably 5 or 6 more people who will feel the same way. Sorry about that. That's why I threw in the print sets. They are a $14.95 value so that should offset the cost difference.

I just reviewed Denizens of Avadnu and gave it 5 stars. At $25.00, this becomes an even better deal! Don't miss out on this one, people!

And thanks for your review, John. It was long anticipated by many.

I just want to chime in with the praise. Usually, I'm not such a big fan of monster books, but I got my copy of the book today, and this one is really outstanding! Great stuff :)!

I followed the link to check out this book and I was struck by how much better the monster illustrations are than in the Monster Manuals. I usually don't consider artwork much when deciding to buy a book, but it's a positive indicator of the quality.

Based on that plus the positive reviews and the quality of Legend of Avadnu(I got that for donating to the server drive), I'm going to find a way to buy this book. The holidays have been murder on my bank account :(

Downloading the DoA preview right now...

Thanks for the high praise Samuel. I'll be sure to pass your comments on to the artists. Our lead artist, Jason Rosenstock, also has his own website which features some additional pieces. You can check it out at http://www.jasonart.com

I know what you mean. There is so much I want to buy right now that I can't. Black Company, Grim Tales, etc. Denizens of Avadnu is on sale for $25 until December 31st. That should help ease your bank account.
