Another tale of doom in the Story Hour

Reviews were favorable enough from my last short story that I tried my hand at another today. Feeling satisfied with the results I added it to my other one in the Story hour. It is in a much different style than the first. My wife said she thought this one predictable but felt disturbed I would concieve of such a thing. I felt creepy writing it and think it has some merit even if the ending is never really in doubt throughout. The new one is called The Elusive Mr. Teaholt. Why don't you see if you can figure out who Mr. Teaholt is before Detective Carson does.
