Anti-feat Feats?

Would it be overpowered to create feats that counter existing feats? For example, Anti-Improved Bull Rush basically negates Improved Bull Rush - nothing more, nothing less. Same with Improved Disarm, Improved Grapple, etc. The pre-req would be already having the feat you want to counter.

Such feats would allow a specialist to be better than someone who has only one "level" of the feat in question.

For example, a minotaur has I-Bull Rush and Anti-I-Bull Rush. Another minotaur only has I-Bull Rush. The former minotaur's Anti-I-Bull Rush counters the latter's I-Bull Rush, but nothing more.

Thoughts?

Close Quarters Fighting feat allows an AoO vs foes with improved grapple or improved grab, but doesn't exactly counter the ability.

The tactical feat Elusive Target has an ability to negate a power attack, along with two other special maneuvers. Just to name two that aren't "anti-feats" but do oppose certain tactics to a point.

Feats that outright oppose and negate other feats takes quite abit away from the game, it's no fun to have a character that goes against something that can negate their abiltiies out of hand. I'd recommend against creating such feats. Typically tactical plans can negate certain other tactics (that are generally enhanced by feats), such as a character with the fly spell can technically negate a ground-bound fighter's power attack by not being within range of the fighter's melee attacks, and so on. A Cleric taking cover behind their tower shield can negate a flanking rogue's sneak attacks (as cover/concealment disallows sneak attacks). Auto-anti-feats reduce these tactical choices to a simple feat, something IMHO would take away from the game.

With Liquidsabre, I think it's okay to have feats that are designed to get around some of the strengths of other feats, but I don't know about anti-feat feats.

That said, I think that some feats, like Improved Bull Rush, could be weakened anyway with house rules. For example, I think it should be harder to Bull Rush someone with 20 ranks in Tumble and a 12 Str, than someone with no ranks in Tumble and a 14 Str. But, as I recall, it isn't.
