According to the FAQ, Detect Magic will not work, as the effect would not penetrate the field to detect it.

Does the FAQ make any mention of See Invisible? Since See Invisible doesn't have a range, it just changes your eyes so you can see invisible and ethereal stuff, it isn't sending out "seeinvisiblons" which would get sucked up by the AMF... you should presumably just 'see' that there is an invisible sphere there of something.

(True Seeing has a range, so presumably that spell makes you eyes emit "trueseeingons" or something, which get nullified by the AMF)
