any feat to allow Wizard to spontaneously swap out spells?

Is there any feat (preferably in a WotC source) that allows a wizard to spontaneously swap out a prepared spell for another spell on his list of known spells? In other words, to make a wizard function similarly to the way a cleric can spontaneously swap out a prepared spell for cure/inflict or a druid can spontaneously swap out a prepared spell for summon nature's ally.

There's the Signature Spell feat from Player's Guide to Faerun that lets a wizard spontaneously cast one spell he has mastered with the Spell Mastery feat. The traded spell must be the same level or higher.

I think there were magic items that did that - something from Malhavoc Press. I think it was called a keyed item. Can't think of a feat, though. There are the Spontaneous feats from Complete Divine, but they're only for Druids and Clerics.

It's called, oddly enough, Spontaneous Casting.

Not that it counts as an "official source" to most people, but Dragon Magazine had two articles with Greyhawk Regional feats. One of them was called Nexus Method and allows the caster to spontaneously swap any non-Conjuration spell he has prepared for a Summon Monster spell of equal level

There is also the ring of theurgy in Complete Arcane, which does a similar thing, but is limited to three spells.

And the Dweomerkeeper prestige class allows spontaneous conversion of prepared spells into specific other spells.

Also, the Mage Lord of Lost Empires of Faerun (which requires the Signature Spell feat previously mentioned) allows you to swap out any spell for which you have Spell Mastery (as opposed to the single spell that you get to swap out with Signature Spell).
