Any Feats For Smiting and Favoured Enemy?

My husband couldn't find any the last time he leveled up his paladin, and we'd run into so few undead that I allowed him to write a feat which let him trade in "turn undead" attempts for "smite evil" attempts. It really doesn't make any sense that paladins can only smite evil once a day when rogues can sneak attack any time they flank.

Extra Smite lets you smite evil two extra times a day. There are a lot more Smite-oriented feats in books such as Complete Warrior and the like. Similarly, Complete Warrior has other Favored Enemy-based feats, such as Improved Favored Enemy, which raises your damage bonus vs. all favored enemies by +3.

I believe there was a feat that did just that... i think it was in one of the 3.0 splats.

There also might be a thing or two in Book of Exalted Deeds, but honestly most of the feats in there are kinda... meh.

Dragon #326 had a flaw called "Living Faith" which meant that you couldn't turn or rebuke the undead. You could use that flaw to pay for Extra Smiting.
