Any good free NPC gen software out there?

Is there any good, free, quick NPC generation software out there? It can be web-based or client-side, either will do. Thanks in advance for your elite Google-fu ENWorld!

I use HeroForge, available from this site.

It doesn't do random NPC's, but I find that I can knock up a bad guy or three in no time at all. And you can print out full character sheets, or just copy some of the text boxes to create a stat block.

Spell lists are on a different spreadsheet, but are not too difficult to pull together.

Also, check out the MonsterForge application on the same site - makes templateing creatures a breeze, also can be used to increase Hit Dice easily for more of a challenge to your players. And now can keep track of your Druid's animal companion increases as well!

Just my opinion but the words "Free" and "Good" lead you to different locations..

In addition to whats already been listed you have Jamie Buck's NPC Generator and PCGen also has the initial functionality of one.

There is nothing like NPC Designer that I am aware of..
