Any good high level Illithid Adventures out there?

Not many new ones, as illithids are closed content. If it's not in dungeon, there won't be any more.

That said, what's "high level" to you? Beyond All Reason, by Fiery Dragon, involves a mind flayer, and it's for 13th level characters.

You could always convert the Illithiad series from AD&D2E, but it'd have to be only for private use...

Those would be A Darkness Gathering, Masters of Eternal Night, and Dawn of the Overmind, the three "Monstrous Arcana" adventure tie-ins with Bruce R. Cordell's Second Edition AD&D accessory, The Illithiad. (If memory serves, I think Bruce wrote the three adventures as well.)

Right. There's also similar series for Beholders and Sahuagin (sourcebook followed by 3 adventures).
