Any good OGL rules on customizing NON Magic armor (and or weapons) online

I am looking for some OGL rules to customize non magic armor and weapons -- I am hoping there are some online here or there taht someone can recomend

I know Monte has a set in one of the Divine or Eldritch books (I can't remeber which one) and that there is a set (for gear in general actually) in Black Company -- are there any online (OGL) out there I don't know about

subject to it being OGL I would mind the ones from BCCS (a good book but thats the only part I really have much interest in other than the feats maybe) or Monte either

Any suggestions ?

Not entirely sure if it's what you are looking for, but Heroes of High Favor: Dwarves had some rules for craftsman enhancements - making armor lighter, more resilent, that sort of thing.

The Player's Guide to Arcanis has some OGL rules for making non-magical greater masterwork (+1 equivalent more or less), legendary (better than that), and custom (better, but only works for a particular individual or (for a weapon) fighting style).

IIRC, all of the Heroes of High Favor series had some sort of expanded crafting rules. The Dwarf book dealt with metal and stone (including arms and armor), the Elf book with bows and wooden items, the Halfling book dealt with ropes and wicker items. Actually, I do believe they were mostly (especially the Dwarf book) pretty good.

Oh, and rumor has it, the Black Company Campaign Setting has expanded crafting ideas for improved but non-magical gear.

And the Half-Orcs book has rules on Savage weapons and armor, as well as shoddy craftsmanship...

I'm sure there are some others out there, but those are the ones that stick out in my mind.

Thanks Joe. Yup, we have a whole section on "masterpiece armaments" in the Dark Legacies Player's Guide (as well as piecemeal armor and other goodies), to offset the lower frequency of magic items in a low-magic setting. They use the standard craft rules and can be applied to any campaign. Cheers.

There were some rules on masterwork and grandmasterwork weapons and armor over at www.wakinglands.com, but I can't seem to find them anymore. I posted on the site owner's boards to ask where they went - hopefully he'll respond. If I remember correctly, his system required items to be grandmasterwork before they could be made magical.
