I've started my newest project (my first real community project) as a MediaWiki.

I'm quite happy with the interface (Mediawiki with GuMax for the skin), but I was wondering if anyone had tips for managing a community wiki. The project aims at creating 120 4-500 word articles that will be nominated and then marked for inclusion in the final product.
So I was hoping someone could answer:
How should I handle the nomination process?
Does anyone else have experience with multiple creative people on the same project? Are there any tricks of the trade?
