The Mongoose sent it to me, I playtested it however Matthew has said it will be available as of Tommorrow so I guess it should start popping up everywhere in the next couple of days.

The Bab5 books are organized by season, and the main rulebook only covers Season 1. As Morden doesn't have much of a role in the first season he has a couple of paragraphs of description, but no stats. I suspect he'll get statted out in the Season 2 book.
