Any official PrC's for Monks?

I mean, PrC's put out in an official Wizard's thing, not Dragon magazine. I'm looking for a PrC that either adds one Monk level (kinda like adding a spellcasting level), or one that adds powers comparable to those of a Monks.

There's a few in the Oriental Adventures book. Definatly worth getting for lots of reasons, the Monk PrCs being one of the big ones IMO.

I'll second oriental adventures. The monk like prestiege classes are Henshin Mystic, Tattoed Monk, and Shintao Monk.

What do you mean by 'official'? The only official ones are in the DMG. A WotC prestige class in a sourcebook is no more or less official than one from SSS or other d20 company. In fact, some of those other companies reportedly have a lot more playtest time. I believe that Chainmail Bikini games has a well-regarded monk book.

Ah, then you should specify a WotC class not from dragon. Official has little meaning these days.

From Wizards books only, there are only two books to even look at, Oriental Adventures and Sword & Fist. The prestige classes in OA are better, as already recommended. By the way, ruling out Dragon also eliminates at least one pretty good Monk PrC, the Acolyte of the Fist, designed by Monte Cook.
