Any other products out there using the Epic D&D rules?

OUCH. With a capital OW.

I feel so teased... :(

Like Crothian I've seen some good stuff here, and some good stuff their, but no book(s) full of epic goodness.

For me it has been a real shame. I was really expecting to see more epic rules once they were in the SRD. It seemed at the time lots of people had some great ideas they were waiting for to publish but then we got nothing.

If it makes you feel any better, I'm retooling Where Dark Elves Rule to make it epic (as it was originally written for my campaign) and a whole lot bigger than the initial version. That will be out this summer yet. It will have some real kickin' art in it also.

I believe so, but you'd have to corner Tom Knauss to find out for certain. He's the one writing the Oathbound Player's Guide and doing the conversions for Oathbound 3.5. I won't see it until it is ready for editing. We're hoping to have the pdf versions of both released just before Gen Con.

Thanks.

I think that, from communicating with Jim Butler about it a while back (IIRC), that the lack of epic rules being in the SRD at the time was a limiting factor for some of the NPCs. If there ever was a setting that screamed to be able to play into epic, it's Oathbound. I can easily see a 40-level campaign in that setting.

Wildwood does have some epic NPC's, two or three if I remember correctly. The 3.5 updates will have them as well, although I can't give you an exact number at this time.

Wow that was fast!

Thanks, Tom - looking forward to both!
