Any Underground Giants?

Has anyone seen a type of giant in any published product that lives primarily underground? I was about to roll my own, but I thought I'd check to be sure I'm not duplicating something that's already out there.

I was thinking a supernatural ability to reduce size at will would get round the obvious problem of these guys fitting through smaller tunnels and the like.

Actually, note that all of the following have "underground" listed under their terrain type: ogres, hill giants, frost giants, and fire giants.
