Any updates on Freeport source book?

Any news or updates on the "Freeport: City of Adventure" book? My local store says it was due out in February, the web site says March, any firm answers?

Has there been some problem in printing or distribution?


I'm really looking forward to this book!

No worries, it's almost here! The printing part of the job is done, and the book has been at the bindery since last week (it's this part of the process that makes hardback printing take longer). It should ship to our warehouse on Monday, and go out to distributors shortly thereafter.

D'oh! I should have been here to answer this... but I was in the chat room jabbering away with the regular suspects.

Anyway, I'd just like to add that I talked to the bindery today and everything is going along as planned. No difficulties, no problems. Should have samples FedEx'd to us by Tuesday at the latest.

I can hardly wait. It will be good news after a hard week, that's for sure!

According to my local gaming store, who called his distributer today, there is no release date yet on Freeport: City of Adventure. I had actualy hoped to have the book in hand at this point. Have there been any problems crop up? And does any one know the revised eta for US stores?

No, no problems. I'm staring at three boxes of Freeport books right now, and I must say they are gorgeous. Freeport: The City of Adventure shipped to distributors from our warehouse this week. It should be at most distributors by Monday and then off to stores. Depending on where you live, you should probably see it in shops at the end of next week.

We showed the book off all last week at the GAMA Trade Show and the response was tremendous. I can't wait for this to hit the shelves!
