Netbook of Classes

In one of the two volumes of the netbooks of classes, there is one archer core class (although it doesn't have the Archer name). Otherwise, I believe that there also is a good Archer core class on the Korinth website. Both of them are free, so you don't loose anything getting a look at them.

Swashbuckling Adventures from AEG has several core classes that would work for the swashbuckler, as well as many Prc and feat ideas relevant to a dex based fighter in a swashbuckling world.

Arcana Unearthed has a great light/no armor fighter called the Unfettered.

"3 Arrows for the King" is .pdf available at rpgnow.com from EN Publishing. It's a book filled with Archery, including a base class, that I've enjoyed having (mostly to mine for ideas). They offer as a Print-On-Demand option, if that interests you.

IIRC, Sovereign Stone also had an Archer core class, but I don't have that book (just flipped through it at the store).

Have you already tried the PHB Fighter?

What the PHB is missing is swashbuckling/archery feats rather than a class.
