Anybody have any advice on running an Exalted campaign?

What for? Exalted characters are very powerful anyway.

Ah, true true....but the only thing more powerful than an Exalted is an Exalted with starting stats of 11/9/7 and 50 bonus points.

Hey guy's. Sorry to hi-jack this, but I've got a question I hope y'all can answer. What is the premise of exalted anyway? I've been trying to find some info on it because I'm searching for something new to run. What is exalted all about? Thanks in advance!

Exalted is set in a place called Creation. The time is the Second Age. The First Age was ruled by the Solar Exalted, humans who had a shard of divinity within them, chosen by the Unconquered Sun to rule and lead mankind. They became decadent and corrupt after being cursed by the Malfeans(or was it the Yozi), and were killed and brought down by the lowliest of Exalts(although still Demigods compared to humans), the Terrestrial Exalted, or Dragon-Bloods. The Dragon-Bloods have established an empire, and have ruthlessly hunted down the other Exalts(Solars, as well as Lunars, Sidereals, and now the Abyssal Exalted) for thousands of years. Now, with the Realm perched on the edge of destruction, the Solars have been returning in greater numbers, and it is the time to strike against the corrupted Realm of the Dragon-Bloods.

For ages 3 and up.

It's a very cool, action-packed, anime and wuxia inspired game. I give it two thumbs up!

Anime and Wuxia?

Hmm, not quite what I thought it was with the little I had dug up. Of course I'd have a blast with it. But I'm not sure my players would. So they would essentially be playing demigods. Sounds very Dragonball Z to me. But with a bunch of villians that could be a lot darker than Cel. (sp)

Could be cool, but it's something I'd need to run by the players first. Lousy ingrates, they killed many a great campaign before it even started!

It really is an amazing game, my players Angcuru and RakeRon love it, Chris hasn't played it yet, but I'm pretty sure he'll enjoy it. If they like being imaginative, and having epic storylines, then they'll enjoy it. You also have to be smart in how you use your powers, because just because the Realm is corrupt doesn't mean that they still won't send out a Wyld Hunt Team to track down Solars and kill them.

Also, it comes chock full of all the angst and homoeroticism we've come to expect from years of White Wolf products. It's pretty easy to ignore that stuff though.
